Please inform Best Western White House Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is limited parking onsite which is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Please note a GBP 50 pre-authorization will be processed on arrival on top of the rate. This is to cover any incidentals or damages not restricted to noise disturbance / unauthorised party. The hotel doesnt allow visitors in the bedrooms at any point of the stay, a non negotiable charge of £100 is applied if the policy is violated.
