A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet, per night applies. Only pets under 10 kg are permitted. Please note that parking is limited. Parking reservations are not possible. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Some Classic rooms are located on the 7th floor. The lift goes to the 6th floor and then you must walk up stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. Please note that the parking is limited, if necessary preferential rates are granted at the partner Jeanne d'Arc parking (50 meters from the hotel) on request from reception.
