Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. For non-refundable rates, guests will receive a link to a secured site for payment upon reservation. Please note that for bookings of more than 8 nights, specific conditions will apply. These policies include a 30% non-refundable pre-payment. For your information, embellishment work on the hotel will start on 20 November 2023 and finish on 15th April 2024.
