Please note that in winter, the hotel can only be reached by cable car from Heiligenblut. The cable car are open from 9:00 to 16:00. For hotel guests, the cable cars are free of charge on the arrival- and departure day. At the bottom station of the cable car PANORAMABAHN you and your luggages will be picked up by a Skitaxi. Please use the following coordinates for navigation devices: lat. 47.070736, long.12.838746 In summer, guests staying 2 nights or more and arriving by car or motorcycle receive a discount on the day ticket for the Großglockner High Alpine Road. Guests receive the toll ticket for EUR 37,50 (cars) or EUR 27,50 (motorcycles). Vouchers for the discounted tickets will be sent to you by email at least 24 hours before arrival. You need to print out the voucher and exchange them at the toll station. Refunds or reimbursements are not possible.
