To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Ito Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The hot spring bath can be used without reservation. It’s open from 16:00 until 23:00, and from 07:00 until 10:00. Guests with tattoos are also allowed to use the bath at this property. Please note that there are many stairs to the entrance of the property.Guests must check in by 18:30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
