Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am. The property features 6 floors: ground, basement, and floors 1-4. Please note that guests may be allocated a basement room based on availability. A security deposit of GBP 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. • No smoking in the rooms – Penalty £150.00 & immediate check-out • No parties/events allowed in the rooms • No pets allowed • Quiet hours: 23:00 - 08:00Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
