Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property uses a 'pay per use electricity meter' which uses £1 coins. The electricity fee stated during booking is purely an over- estimation and not standard usage. The actual amount you will pay is based on your usage. A Security/Damage Deposit will be taken as a pre-authorised payment on the day of arrival (as stated during the booking process). Any infringements to the properties 'Rental Agreement/Security Deposit Terms & Conditions' will result in the total fee being taken by the property.
