A prepayment deposit via PayPal is required within 36 hours after the booking was made to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions. Please note that an additional fee of EUR 30 applies for check-in between 20:00 and 22:00. Between 22:00 and 24:00 a fee of EUR 50 applies. Between 24:00 and 06:00 guests must pay EUR 75 in case of late arrival. Late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. PLEASE NOTE: In case you do NOT communicate your time of arrival, or inform us of any flight delays you will need to pay your greeter €10 per hour that they have been waiting, or €5 per every half hour to compensate them for the time they have been waiting for you.
