Ashleigh House is set over three floors and, as there is no lift, is unfortunately unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Please inform the property prior to arrival if you wish to bring a pet. There is a surcharge of GBP 10 for one pet. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room whilst guests go out. There is sufficient on street parking outside the property where a permit is required. The property provides a permit to all guests. Breakfast is served from 8.00. Late-out is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. If confirmed by the property, there will be a fee of GBP 20 per hour after 12:00 (midday). Please note that the rate for the deluxe family room is for 2 adults only. Children are charged as a supplement at GBP 15 per child per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
