The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00. It is closed at weekends and on public holidays. Guests arriving outside of reception times are asked to contact the property in advance to obtain instructions and access codes. Access codes will be given once the entire stay has been paid for. Please note that credit card details used at the time of booking may be used to charge: - EUR 170 for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay - EUR 150 if the non-smoking policy is not respected - EUR 20 if the access card or keys are not returned upon departure. The studio cannot accommodate extra beds.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
