The reception is open 23 hours a day. It is only closed from 12:30 until 13:30. Access to the apartments is through an independent entrance with an access code. Please note that the restaurant serves French cuisine from Monday until Friday and take away food for lunch from Monday until Friday. Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning is included every 6 days except for the kitchenette area and the dishes. The maximum occupancy includes a baby cot. Special views of the lake, west-side, are available upon request and availability and at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
