Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 12 fee applies. Please note that that key pick up takes place on the ground floor. Baby cots are available upon request and charges are applicable. Please note that: For stays from one to six nights, end of stay cleaning is included. For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included. For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online.
