In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The remaining 70% of the balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 8 weeks before arrival. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then the full payment will be taken. In case of damages, breakage, key loss, etc., your credit card will be charged to cover the costs. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.
