Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Apartment House - The Modern Flat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is no reception. Guests are kindly asked to contact Apartment House - The Modern Flat at least 2 days in advance in order to arrange transfer of keys and receive necessary information. Late check-in is possible for surcharge. Please also note that there is only a limited number of private parking spaces. Parking spaces are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.
