Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. You will get the key for your apartment at the reception of the Schindlhaus. If you arrive outside the opening hours (please inform the hotel), the key will be deposited there in an envelope with your name. You will also find a registration form that you are asked to fill out. For the apartments in the Alpin complex the key collection is at the following address: Gänsleit 11, 6306 Söll When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 Euro per pet, per night applies.
