Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the check-in takes place at the office at 2B/87 Wczasowa Street. It is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please let Apartamenty Sun&Snow know of your arrival at least 1 day in advance to arrange for check-in and key collection.
