Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of PLN 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Apartament Olivia Zakopane has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection. Any additional payments can be only made by Payment card at the property- no cash will be accepted. The office is located at Nowotarska 25 Street, but the keys are delivered to the apartment location.
