If you arrive outside reception opening hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.), on weekends or holidays, please inform the establishment so that we can indicate how You must complete the check-in process and provide instructions. It is mandatory to leave bicycles in the bike room since it is prohibited to take them into elevators, common areas and apartments. Just as smoking is not allowed in any part of the establishment (including balconies) There is a deposit of €230 (per apartment) for reservations of 1 to 30 nights. €300 for those whose reservation period is more than one month. This is returned within 72 hours of your departure, once we check whether the apartment is in good condition and the establishment's rules have been followed.
