Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box. A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200€, T1-300€, T2-400€, T3-500€. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of EUR 5. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year.
