Our new hours are from 10:00 to 13:00 and again from 15:00 a 20:00. Guests arriving outside opening hours must collect keys from the concierge. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents, legal tutors or authorized person during their stay. Apartamentos Michelangelo do not accept groups. It will be considered as a group 10 or more people that book together for the same dates even if the bookings are made separately and under different names. In case of receiving one or more bookings that can be considered as a group by putting together the total number of guests, Apartamentos Michelangelo will cancel these bookings. Under no circumstances will Apartamentos Michelangelo take responsibility for any expenses derived from the relocation and/or any additional expenses these unauthorized groups may incur into. During check-in it is essential that all guests over 14 years of age present an original ID card or passport in order to check in. Photocopies and/or photographs of the original document will not be considered valid. In accordance with current legislation, we cannot accept cash payments for reservations for an amount of 1.000€ or more. This applies to national clients, foreigners residing in Spain and/or professional foreigners.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
