Anantara Spa will be closed until 24 March as we make improvements. Meanwhile, there will be no access to the Vitality Pool, steam room or sauna, Anantara Spa services will be available in the second floor treatment suites, the gym and Palms pool will be open as normal. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay upon arrival. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the heated indoor pool with hydro-massage circuit is available only for guests over 18 years old. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. Limited availability, please contact the hotel before booking. The price for dogs and cats are 45€ per pet from November to May and 75€ per pet from June to October. Guide dogs free of charge. In order to ensure a relaxing environment, the Cascade Swimming Pool is for adults from 18 years old. The 2 main swimming pools and the children’s swimming pool are available, both located in front of the hotel’s central wing. Check-in and Early check-in: - Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards; - Early check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: if it occurs before 10:00, the previous night’s full room rate will be charged; if check in occurs after 10:00 and before 15:00, a surcharge equivalent to 50% of the previous night’s room rate will be applied. Check-out and Late check-out: - Check-out time is until 12:00; - Late check-out is available, subject to a surcharge: if it occurs between 12:00 and 16:00, the equivalent to 50% of the previous night’s room rate will be applied. If check-out occurs after 16:00, that day’s full room rate will be charged. Please note that the shuttle to PuroBeach operates between 9:30 and 00:00 and is unavailable during Winter season. The access to the Vitality Pool, Sauna and Steam Room facilities at Anantara Spa, will have an additional charge as from 1st April 2022. Guests staying in one of our Suites, will have the access to these facilities included during their stay.
