Any missing items (including towels) will also be charged to the guest. Please note that we require a 20% non refundable deposit for large group bookings of 4 or more rooms. Please note, early or late check-in times cannot be accommodated. Please note that guests are required to call the property on arrival so they can be met at the door with the keys. Contact details are on the confirmation email sent after booking. Food and drink from outside, cannot be brought into the rooms. Please note that clean towels will be provided during your stay, but we do not make beds or clean the room during your stay. A €100 fine will be charged if found that smoking has occurred in the room during your stay.
