WELLNESS POLICY: Please note that the use of the wellness centre is not included in the rate. GROUP POLICY: When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. PET POLICY – PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN OUR HOTEL. Hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a guest who arrives with a pet and cancel without any refund. WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Deluxe category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodation in any other room despite valid reservation. PARKING: Hotel parking 2 parking lots only (accesible by car lift) and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Hotel posses few street-parking permissions for rent. Street parking does not have any guaranteed spots. Parking permission is valid for the area of entire Prague 1. FEES: Car (garage or on-street permission) for 29 EUR per night. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. Charging of electrobikes is not allowed for fire security reasons. CHECK IN PROCEDURE: Guests are required to present the payment card provided during the online reservation process.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
