Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that between March and November, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please inform Alpenhotel Lanz in advance. Please note that the sauna is subject to a charge for one night stays: €15 per person. Use of the sauna is possible upon prior request from 3-6:30 p.m.
