Guests arriving outside of these dates required to check-in at the management office at Ski Japan Travel LTD at 170-304 Yamada, Kutchan, Hokkaido, 044-0081 between 15:00 - 18:00. For guests arriving outside of the stated hours, self check-in instructions will be provided. Please inform the property of your means of transportation, at the time of booking. Ski lift passes, ski equipment rental and resort transfer is available during winter. Please contact the property for more information. Guests can request their bedding preferences up to 3 days prior to arrival (subject to availability). If no bedding preferences have been provided, all rooms will be set up with single beds.
