Aliflora is a cozy house in the center of Rome, in the Rione Monti, quite close to many tourist, cultural and religious places and attractions. It can comfortably accommodate four people and a baby. The house is new (late 2013), in a renovated building, with the main facilities for a pleasant stay in the capital. Heating and air conditioning, LCD TV, washing machine, full kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, and a small balcony to enjoy the fresh summer evenings.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
