According to Rede Slaviero's Group Policy, reservations from 6 apartments will be considered as group reservations, and different payment conditions may apply, namely: 1. The total advance payment may be requested by the Hotel, within a period of up to 30 days prior to the group's accommodation; 2. If payment is not made according to the deadline informed by the Hotel, the accommodation reservations may be canceled or still remain subject to hotel availability on the check-in date (no guarantee). For accommodation of minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied or traveling with other representatives, written authorization is required with the signature of the parents and notarized. For accommodation of minors under 18 accompanied by parents, paternity must be verified through the General Registry (RG) or birth certificate. The Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/90) differentiates between authorization for travel and authorization for accommodation. Depending on the circumstances, the minor does not need authorization to travel, or a general authorization may be granted, inserted in the passport. But this travel authorization does not replace the authorization to stay. The minor must necessarily be accompanied by at least one of the parents/legal representative or, if alone or accompanied by third parties, necessarily with a specific authorization mentioning who is authorized to accompany the minor, period of accommodation and name of the hotel, authorization is signed recognized. Failure to meet the conditions above makes it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, with no compensation for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellation/no-show policy for the period. The electronic invoice must be requested directly from the unit's reception by phone or email. The pet friendly program is limited to only 1 pet per apartment. Please note that only small dogs and cats are allowed. The maximum weight allowed per pet is 10 kg and maximum height allowed is 41 cm. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BRL 100.00 per pet, per day applies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
