Please inform Airport Gold Star Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card or oversea card. A surcharge of NZD 10 per hour for the Studio and NZD 15 per hour for the Family Rooms applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Airport shuttle pick up: Once you have collected your luggage and got through the customs and are ready to depart, call the property for pickup using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you are at the international airport please wait by Door 11 for the shuttle. If you are at the domestic airport please wait by Door 8 for the shuttle.
