A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to send a copy of a valid and original photo ID, passport, marriage certificate and visa maximum 24 hours prior to arrival.
