Only guide dogs are accepted at the hotel. The card used to make the reservation must be presented on check-in. Guests that are making a reservation on behalf of another guest, must contact the property. When booking 5 rooms or more, or 10 room nights or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Limited secure car parking is available on a first come, first served basis and is situated beneath the hotel in a secure car park operated by an intercom system; the entrance to the car park is situated to the side of the hotel on Nicholas Street. Regrettably we are unable to reserve spaces. The parking charge is £12.50 for 24 hours
