This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are required to inform the property prior to check-in, should the guest wish to bring their pets on-site. Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please note that smoking in rooms are subject to a THB 2000 fine and surcharge for deep cleaning. Please note that parties and loud events are not allowed to be held at this property. Pool cleaning (3 times a week) and gardening service (once a week) are provided free of charge. Cleaning services are provided three times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning services are available at a starting fee of THB 600. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. Extra guests are charged at THB 1000 per night. (Maximum of 2 extra guests per villa.) An early check-in or late check-out is possible (based on availability) for an additional charge. A late check-in from the general hours as specified under the Policies will also be subject to a surcharge.
