The property requires a 50% prepayment via PayPal or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with additional details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 7 days of making the reservation and at least 2 weeks before arrival date. Please note that guests are offered with free 40 units of electricity consumption per day. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 9 per one electrical unit (kw).
