Please note that children aged between 4 and 16 years can only access the spa and pool facilities between 07.00 and 09.00 in the morning and 16.30 to 18.00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately children under the age of 4 years of age are not permitted to use the spa or pool facilities at any time. There is capacity for extra beds in some rooms, charges may apply. Pets are only permitted in some rooms on request, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival for more information. Charges are applicable. There is a charge of GBP 25.00 per person, per day for guests wishing to use the Elan Spa facilities (treatments not included). This will be valid for use between the stated arrival time of 15:00 and departure time of 11:00. Must be booked in advance and will be subject to availability.
