Important Information

The Art INN takes pride in offering The Art INN Hotel App, which can be downloaded from the Apple store and Google Play store. With this app, guests can conveniently use their smartphones to open their rooms, manage their stay, and communicate with the staff. Our front desk is open from 7am to 10:30pm every day, and during this time, traditional key cards are available upon request. If you will be arriving later, we will send you instructions on how to obtain a key card from a key box located at the property. We are pleased to provide luggage storage services from 7:15am to 10:15pm daily. Please note that The ART INN Lisbon does not have its own parking facilities. The inn's unique and historic staircase is the primary means of accessing the rooms and rooftop. While there is an elevator available, it only services floors 1 to 4 without any stops in between. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that it may pose some difficulties. Furthermore, our staff is available during opening hours to assist with transporting your luggage to and from your room. Please note that The ART INN Lisbon has no parking premises. The inn features an original and historic staircase as the primary mode to access the rooms and rooftop. An elevator is available, but it only serves floor 1 to floor 4, with no stops in-between. If you have mobility problems please be advised that it may difficult. Please note that during the opening hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm, staff will assist you by transporting your luggage to and from your room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
