We would like to remind you some information to consider before your arrival: • We recommend you that all restaurants and services (activities outdoor/indoor, treatments and Spa circuit, Gym, Kids Club, etc) must be reserved, due to the limited capacity. Children from 13–18 years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit. • No pools for swim are available in Winter season. We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. • For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old.
