The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes. From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station, via bullet train it takes about 20 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 80 minutes to Nagoya, 130 minutes to Kyoto and 200 minutes to Osaka.
