Important Information

The hotel does not accept reservations secured with Solo, Switch or Visa Electron cards. Any bookings made with these cards will not be guaranteed by the hotel. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly, using the contact details on your booking confirmation, to arrange for third-party billing. The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 1 and 3, coach number H3. Coach H53 operates from Terminals 4 and 5. Tickets can be purchased from self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings. Public courtesy buses 105, 111, 140 and 285 run from Heathrow Airport Central Bus Station to Bath Road Bus Stop Harlington Corner. This is just a short walk from the hotel. Credit/Debit Card Policy: Credit cards will be authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorisation will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
