Reception opening hours : All days except saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 75 per week or EUR 12 per day applies. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area). City tax is not included. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Due to technical problems, wifi is no longer available in the residence.
