Their contact details will be included in your booking confirmation. Breakfast is charged at EUR 10 for adults and EUR 5 for children under 12. A security deposit of EUR 250 for a studio and EUR 450 for other flats is required on arrival. A pre-authorisation will be made by credit card and closed 24 hours after your departure. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The charges are as follows: Double bed linen 16€ Single bed linen 8€ Set of towels per person 4€. The cleaning must be done at the time of departure and if not, it will be charged 50€ for a studio; 75€ for a medium flat and 100€ for a large flat. As the property is located in a residential area, we ask you to avoid excessive noise. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
