The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the ground floor bedroom is on the ground floor and fully accessible however there is a large front step at the front of the property. Therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. There is a strict non smoking policy throughout the property. Guests found to be smoking will be charged GBP 100 and asked to leave the premises. Pets are charged at GBP 50 per stay per pet.
