This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NOK 5000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has no reception. Guests will receive key code to access the apartment, and the code will be sent on sms and e-mail between 3 pm and 4 pm on the arrival day. Guest can check in any time after 4 pm. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Change of bed linens and towels are only included for stays longer than 7 nights. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as a part of a family.
