Please note that the same credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at time of check in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival. Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7. Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability. Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
