In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please note that park entry fees are payable to the park authorities upon entry to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Mara Triangle park fee ticket(s) is valid for 12 hours from 6am to 6pm and has to be renewed by 6am the following day. If you are staying for more days, you are required to RENEW your ticket on or before the expiry of your time as indicated on your ticket. If departing on the last day of your stay, an allowance of upto 10am is given to either check out at the park gate if travelling by road or be at the airstrip at 10am to have your ticket checked out, if travelling by air as you wait for your flight. Transit ticket is valid for 2 hours only. Any person violating the above time frame is deem to pay a fine of Ksh.10,000. Park entry fees (mandatory) are not included in the accommodation rate. This is charged as an extra cost upon entry at Mara Conservancy. Daily park entry timings: 6am - 6pm.
