We reserve the right to share information and cctv recordings with the police, booking.com, security and our staff. In case of mis-conduct you will lose your deposit and be held responsible for any damage and/or consequential costs. If security is called then you will be charged for their costs and you will be requested to leave immediately without any refunds. You will have the right to appeal to booking.com and their decision will be respected. We will not tolerate a few 'rotten apples' breaking the rules, disturbing our peace, giving false reviews and spoiling things for all the good people.
