Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. The hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. The hotel staff will be happy to assist you carrying your luggage to your room. Please note that check-in is possible only until 16:00 on Fridays and on Jewish holidays. Guests are asked to inform the hotel of their expected arrival time in advance. Please note that on Yom Kippur, check-in is only possible until 12.00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
