Please inform La Ferme De Durbuy in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all the rooms are upstairs. Also, only one pet per room can be accommodated, at an extra fee of EUR 12/stay for pets under 10 kg and EUR 15/stay for pets over 10 kg. Dog baskets are not provided and guests will have to bring their own. Please note that prepaid cards are not accepted. please contact the property for payment by bank transfer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A security deposit of €100 is required. This will be debited the day before your arrival. It must be paid by bank transfer. The refund should be made on the day following your departure. The deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer if no damage has been noted by the establishment.
