As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record at check-in the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) in form of a valid identity card, driving license or travel document. In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodation, however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty and the guest cannot request any compensation. Please note that, should any extra cleaning or repair be necessary because of guests' pets, the executive housekeeper has the right to charge the additional costs. Please note that the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in at the hotel. Should the card used for prepayment differ from the one that you will use during the stay, please contact the hotel beforehand. Reduction or extension of the length of stay may result in rate change.
