Important Information

Noise Policy We have no loud music policy post 10 pm. We would request you to please refrain from playing loud music in or outside your room after 10 pm to avoid inconvenience to other guests and residences. Speaker Policy Speakers whether small or big are not allowed to be carried to any room category. The same can be stored under storage at bell desk. Non-smoking / Shisha Policy Smoking inside a non-smoking room category is strictly not permissible. An ashtray is provided should you wish to smoke outside on your balcony / terrace. Shisha is strictly not permissible inside the room in the balcony / terrace. This policy is strictly enforced, any guest found in breach of the hotel’s non-smoking policy will be charged penalty fees of AED 1000 (minimum charge). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Photo Identification Policy It is a legal requirement that guests must present valid physical Emirates ID OR physical Passport OR physical GCC National ID for check-in. This is applicable for every individual staying in the room or visiting, without exception.
