Please note the access code to dial to open the main entrance door because our reception office is not open all day. At HotelHome Paris 16, our guests must be independent, feel at home at HotelHome ! To ensure you have some provisions when you arrive in your apartment, email the residence a list of any food or drink that you would like and staff will be happy to go shopping for you. Please note that the an ID/passport and the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival. Please also note that, when paying with an American Express card, a 3% extra fee will be charged. Parking spaces can be reserved in advance by emailing the property and not the day prior arrival because we do only have two parking places in a building close to HotelHome. Please note that our reception office is not open 24 hours a day but that you can join us at any time by phone, message or email. Our office opens at 9.00 am until 10.30 am and then from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday and not very often during week-ends. Please also note that we would like that all our guests accept to respect each other and make no noise from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am ! Even if our apartments are spacious, they are not the place to choose if you want to organize parties with friends, music and noise during part of the night !
