Please note that the property is accessible only by a funicular and the last one goes at 14.30 from Chopok sever and at 15.00 from Chopok juh. Please be at the funicular at least 30 minutes before the last one leaves. In case of technical difficulties and the funicular not working due to bad weather, the hotel will provide you with an alternative accommodation or will refund you the price of the reservation. Please note that discounted cable car tickets can be collected at Biela Púť Info Centre or at Krupová info centre. For holidays between 21.4.2024 and 30.11.2024 Tatralandia or Bešeňová water parks tickets are included for registered Gopass members. It cannot be used on the arrival (check-in) day and the number of tickets corresponds to the number of nights spent at the accommodation establishment. Every ticket is non-transferable. One water park ticket per person can be used in Tatralandia or Bešeňová during the respective opening times.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
